Reading Truck, a leader in manufacturing and distributing work truck bodies, is seeking a Parts & Service Sales Associate I to coordinate order fulfillment for Parts, Accessories and Service. You will quote customers, enter sales/service orders, source parts, schedule resources, and invoice while collaborating with Service Managers and sales staff to grow a profitable Parts & Service business.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years customer service experience in a similar industry.
• Marketing experience and understanding of all types of sales efforts preferred.
• Strong mechanical and technical experience, as well as understanding of all types of service activities, vehicle structures, vehicle equipment, and vehicle electrical systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow the Parts & Service business in the local market by solving customer’s problems quickly and efficiently
• Provide quotes, customer support, invoices, order changes and handling customer complaints
• Enter customer orders and ensure timely fulfilment
• Track shipments, file claims and process returns
• Assist with inventory and purchasing as needed
• Comply with safety regulations
• Maintain cycle count accuracy reports
