NOBLELIFT North America is seeking a Parts Service Representative to support customers and dealers with parts inquiries, pricing, and orders from its Atlanta, GA site. You will coordinate with warehouse and logistics to confirm availability and shipping status, maintain parts records, and handle returns or warranty cases with professional, courteous service.

On-site role requiring strong communication, detail orientation, and the ability to source correct parts from manuals or systems.

• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to handle inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
• Proficiency with computer systems such as ERP/order entry software, inventory management tools, and standard office applications (e.g., Excel, Word, email).
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for accurate order processing, recordkeeping, and follow-up on shipments and service cases.
• Ability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA, collaborate with warehouse and operations staff, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or experience in material handling, logistics, or related fields is beneficial.
• Prior experience in a parts department, service desk, or customer support role is preferred; familiarity with material handling equipment is a plus.

Role Description

The Parts Service Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Atlanta, GA.
