Black Equipment Company South Inc in Memphis, TN is seeking a reliable Parts Associate to join our team. You will support customers, technicians, and internal operations by sourcing parts, managing inventory, processing orders, and assisting with shipping and receiving duties.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Prior parts sales experience and strong communication skills are a bonus; valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in parts sales preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency with the ability to learn parts lookup and inventory management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and technicians in identifying and locating the correct parts.
• Prepare quotes and estimates for customers and service team.
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
• Pull, stage, and distribute parts for service technicians and customer orders.
• Complete shipping and receiving duties, including incoming and outgoing freight.
• Assist in delivering parts as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
• Follow all company safety procedures and policies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist customers and technicians in identifying and locating the correct parts.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

• Predictable 40 hrs. per week.
• Day shift, M-F (7:00am-4:00pm)
• Weekly pay with direct deposit and an APP you can use to monitor pay and benefits.
