Landscapers Supply is seeking a Parts CSR in Seneca, SC to deliver friendly, accurate parts recommendations and coordinate repair workflows. You’ll support both Parts and Service departments, maintain inventory, and help customers—from homeowners to professional landscapers—keep projects moving.

Qualifications

• Experience with equipment parts and/or service operations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic mechanical knowledge of engines or outdoor power equipment.
• Ability to lift 50-70 lbs and perform shop-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for service customers.
• Provide friendly, professional updates throughout the repair process.
• Help customers identify and order the correct parts.
• Maintain inventory organization and support parts lookup.
