Landscapers Supply is seeking a Parts CSR to join our Pendleton, SC location. This part-time role focuses on helping customers find the right parts, coordinating repair workflows, and delivering an exceptional service experience.

You will work with our Parts and Service teams in a fast-paced, teammate-driven environment, supporting customers from homeowners to professionals while upholding our ICARE values.

Qualifications

• Experience with equipment parts or service operations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic mechanical knowledge of engines or outdoor power equipment.
• Ability to lift 50–70 lbs and perform shop-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding the right parts and coordinate repair workflows.
• Maintain inventory organization and assist with parts lookup.
• Support service department by matching parts to repair orders.
• Prepare equipment for technicians and perform basic shop tasks.
• Help maintain a clean, safe shop environment.
