Job summary

Wilson Equipment Company, LLC seeks a Parts & Service Counter Representative at the Elizabethtown location. You will assist customers with parts, service, and rental needs, using catalogs and IntelliDealer to identify parts and coordinate service and rental transactions.

You will support a busy counter, ensure accurate documentation, and work with technicians and warehouse staff to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training provided).
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Detail-oriented and accurate with documentation.
• Proficient with computer systems and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Fill parts orders in person, by phone, and online using catalogs and IntelliDealer.
• Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting for parts.
• Process returns and exchanges per policy.
• Write up service requests and coordinate with service technicians.
• Process rental agreements in Integrated Rental and assist customers.
• Ship and receive inventory and maintain organized warehouse and counter area.
• Perform other duties as needed.
