You will manage service work, enter data in internal systems, assist at the reception desk and parts counter, dispatch technicians, and handle warranty paperwork. A detail-oriented, team-driven attitude helps you thrive and grow with us.

Qualifications

• Experience in parts counter sales or service is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing service department work.
• Enter and manage work order data in internal systems.
• Assist with the reception desk and parts counter staff.
• Dispatch technicians and help with safety inspections.
• Prepare warranty paperwork and monitor reimbursements.
• Provide excellent service to customers in person and on the phone.
• Ship and receive parts and related duties.
