Utility Keystone in Manheim, PA, is seeking a dedicated quotes specialist to support the Service Department. You will organize a quote system, price parts for repairs, and research part numbers online, ensuring accurate records and smooth workflow.

• Education – High School diploma or GED; 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training.

• Organize and maintain a quote system for the service department to include parts pricing and availability for potential repair orders.
• Keep accurate records of repair orders and other transactions, while managing paperwork flow and becoming efficient in researching part numbers through catalogs and the internet.
• Check the status of repairs, by walking around the shop floor.
• Be proficient in using the internet, corresponding to emails, and managing phone calls.
• Must have great organizational skills and will require the individual to be a strong self-starter.
