Qualifications

• Education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school with a minimum of one year of keyboarding and/or computer coursework.
• Must obtain Commercial Driver's License with appropriate school bus endorsements within probationary period; Virginia Education Department training for school bus drivers.
• Parts and Automotive shop experience; proficient with Microsoft Windows applications and fleet management software.

Responsabilités

• Checks quantity of items received against invoices and stores stock.
• Dispenses supplies, materials and parts as needed.
• Takes periodic inventories; operates office machines; enters data.
• Picks up and delivers parts; answers phones and takes messages; types letters and reports.
• Orders parts by phone; may serve as substitute bus driver.
