Job summary

GO AZ Motorcycles is expanding and seeking knowledgeable Parts and Service Advisors to join our team at dealerships across Arizona. You will be the primary contact for service customers, communicating repair needs and timelines with a professional, friendly approach.

What You’ll Do

Service Advisor Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for service customers.
• Clearly communicate repair needs, timelines, and expectations.
• Write repair orders and coordinate with service technicians.
• Provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer service throughout the service process.

Parts Professional Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting parts, accessories, and riding gear.
• Educate customers on products and new releases.
• Merchandise and maintain attractive parts and apparel displays.
• Help customers customize their motorcycles, ATVs, and side-by-sides.
