Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to service department personnel, walk-in customers, and phone customers.
• Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts and accessories.
• Recommend additional related products and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate order status, availability, pick-up schedules, and delivery information in a timely manner.
• Locate and obtain parts and merchandise, including in-stock, out-of-stock, and special-order items.
• Assist with receiving shipments and verifying incoming inventory.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Support the organization and cleanliness of the parts warehouse, showroom, and customer areas.
• Assist in creating and maintaining attractive merchandise displays and a professional showroom appearance.
• Follow dealership policies and safety procedures.
• Routinely lift and move parts and materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
