Qualifications

• Ability to learn parts catalog and inventory management systems.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and prioritise tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying and purchasing parts, attachments, and related products.
• Promote products and services while delivering a positive customer experience.
• Process and communicate customer online parts orders through the company portal.
• Receive incoming shipments and verify inventory against shipment documents.
• Stock inventory and maintain organized storage areas.
• Support the fulfillment of customer orders, including stock and machine-down orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized parts department and warehouse.
