Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in parts sales, customer service, or technical order entry preferred.
• Strong familiarity with computers, ERP systems, and standard office software.
• Willingness and aptitude to quickly learn diverse technical product lines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear updates and cross‑department coordination.
• Ability to prioritize urgent tasks, maintain fast response times, and manage multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer communication via phone, email, and live chat; drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Generate accurate quotes with a 4-hour turnaround; enter and track orders.
• Assist with supply chain tracking, vendor reviews, and pricing; identify hard‑to‑source parts for inventory optimization.
• Oversee shipments and proactively notify customers of delays, backorders, or status changes.
• Maintain ERP data accuracy: pricing, weights, unit costs, and customer discounts.
• Collaborate with warehouse, service, and supply chain teams to fulfill requests.
