Aufgaben

• Assist customers in identifying and purchasing parts, attachments, and related products.
• Promote products and services while delivering a positive customer experience.
• Process and communicate customer online parts orders through the company portal.
• Receive incoming shipments and verify inventory against documentation.
• Stock inventory and maintain organized storage areas.
• Support merchandise displays and inventory presentation.
• Monitor shortages and discrepancies and report to leadership.
• Assist fulfillment of customer orders, including machine-down and stock orders.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized parts department and warehouse.
• Assist in care and maintenance of tools, equipment, and vehicles.
• Answer calls and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with coworkers to support daily operations and customer service goals.
