Qualifications

• Successful experience in: Retail Parts Sales and Retail/Wholesale sales.
• Efficient use of software and technology.
• Prior recognition of achievement and performance.

Responsibilities

• Nurture a culture of extraordinary customer and associate experiences.
• Execute consistent processes to assure positive customer and associate experiences.
• Execute inventory protocols for demand, lost sales, and fill rates within industry benchmarks.
• Receipt and stock inventory.
• Reconcile inventory receipts and invoices.
• Record, track, receive and report special order and back ordered items.
• Directly interact with customers, technicians, and salespeople.
• Maintain accurate paperwork, posting, invoicing, shipping/receiving, core administration, and P.O's.
• Maintain a safe, clutter-free, organized, and clean workstation (daily).
• Report progress, challenges, options, and solutions to assure outstanding results.
• Other duties as assigned.
