Job summary

Leavitt Machinery is seeking a motivated Parts Sales Representative to join our team in Coquitlam, British Columbia. You will provide sales and technical support to our Parts customers and the Service department, while managing parts receiving, delivery, and inventory.

Responsibilities include selling parts, supporting pricing quotes, handling quotes to close orders, and coordinating with service technicians. Onsite role with opportunity for commission-based earnings.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in a related parts sales role.
• Experience with material handling or heavy equipment parts is a strong asset.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite Word Excel Outlook.
• A customer oriented mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
• Confident self-starter with the ability to work effectively autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Selling parts, products, and providing excellent service to customers.
• Contributing to the achievement of branch revenue and margin targets.
• Managing key customer accounts.
• Providing pricing and parts availability options for quotes.
• Following up on outstanding quotes and aiming to close orders.
• Providing service technicians with required parts.
• Overseeing inventory and requesting required parts.
• Supporting shipping and receiving of inbound and outbound orders.
• Collecting payment from customers and following up to ensure satisfaction.
• Processing customer credits and returns efficiently.
• Recording all sales transactions and verifying receiving documents.

The Opportunity Leavitt Machinery is looking for a motivated Parts Sales Representative to join our team in Coquitlam British Columbia As the Parts Salesperson you will be responsible for providing sales and technical support to our Parts customers and the Service department in addition to managing the receiving delivery and inventory of parts and accessories

• Selling parts products and providing excellent service to customers
• Contributing to the achievement of branch revenue and margin targets

• Providing multiple solutions for pricing and parts availability for requested quotes
• Following up on outstanding quotes working to close all possible orders
• Providing Service Technicians with required parts
• Overseeing inventory and requesting required parts
• Supporting with the shipping and receiving of inbound and outbound orders
• Collecting payment from customers and following up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Processing customer credits and returns efficiently
• Recording all sales transactions and verifying receiving documents

The base pay range for this role is 52000 to 55000 per year depending on experience plus commission

This is an onsite role based in Coquitlam British Columbia
