Qualifications

• Leadership and team development experience.
• Flexible full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends.
• Experience in automotive retail preferred.
• ASE Certification preferred.

• Process Orientation – follow store procedures, manage inventory and cash handling.

• Safety & Compliance – enforce PPE and safety standards.
• Commercial Account Support – assist with timely deliveries and client needs.
• Problem Solving – resolve issues while upholding policies.
