Formación

• Leadership and decision‑making to guide a high‑performing team.
• Flexible full‑time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Bilingual communication in Spanish and English.
• Experience in automotive retail.
• ASE Certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Leadership – Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high‑performing employees.
• Communication – Maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and employees.
• Metrics Mindedness – Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Process Orientation – Follow store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, and control shrink.
