Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees.
• Maintain clear, effective communication with customers and staff for smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business success.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, shrink control and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with staff and department leaders to ensure seamless operations and service excellence.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising.
• Enforce PPE use and uphold safety standards and risk management practices.
• Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly, upholding company policies.
