Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish communication required.
• Experience leading a team in a retail environment.
• Background in automotive retail is preferred.
• ASE certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing store team under the Store Manager.
• Drive sales performance and ensure WOW! customer service.
• Monitor inventory, cash handling, and shrink to maintain loss prevention.
• Oversee merchandising and timely deliveries for commercial accounts.
• Resolve customer concerns with effective problem solving.
