Qualifikationen

• Leadership abilities with integrity and sound decision making.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and overtime.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred.
• Automotive retail experience preferred.
• ASE Certification is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop a high-performing team under the Store Manager.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and staff for smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy and performance standards.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, and shrink control.
• Collaborate with staff and commercial leaders to ensure seamless operations.
• Drive parts sales and optimize inventory and returns processing.
• Uphold PPE usage, risk management practices, and safety standards.
• Support commercial and hub departments to meet delivery needs.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly while upholding company policies.
