Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a retail environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills preferred.
• Certification: ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees.
• Maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and employees.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business success.
• Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, and reduce shrink.
• Collaborate with staff and department leaders to ensure seamless operations and service excellence.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory, and manage returns.
