Qualifications

• Leadership and communication skills demonstrated in a retail setting.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Exceptional bilingual abilities in English and Spanish.
• Automotive retail experience; ASE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team; supervise, train, and develop employees.
• Maintain clear, effective communication with customers and staff.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Follow store procedures; manage cash handling, shrink control, and operational efficiency.
