AutoZone is seeking a Parts Sales Manager to help drive sales performance and lead a high‑performing team in a dynamic automotive retail environment. You will support the Store Manager in staff development, ensure excellent WOW!

customer service, and manage inventory, cash handling, and merchandising with a focus on safety and compliance. The role requires leadership abilities, strong communication skills in Spanish and English, and prior automotive retail experience.

Formación

• Leadership experience managing a team in a retail environment.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly with customers and staff.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred for customer interactions.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees.
• Maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and employees to ensure smooth store operations.
• Lead parts sales and inventory management to exceed targets and optimize merchandising.
• Promote safety, PPE usage, and compliance with company policies.
• Support commercial accounts and hub departments to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
