Qualificações

• Experience leading store teams in retail or automotive retail.
• Strong communication and customer-service focus.
• Ability to manage inventory and drive sales targets.
• Fluent in Spanish and English is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a high‑performing store team.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and staff.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy and standards.
• Follow structured procedures, manage cash handling and shrink.
• Collaborate with commercial department leaders to ensure service excellence.
• Drive parts sales and maintain merchandising standards.
• Enforce PPE, promote safety and compliance.
• Support commercial accounts and timely deliveries.
• Resolve customer issues quickly while upholding policies.
