AutoZone’s Store Management team drives store performance, fosters a productive team, and ensures WOW! Customer Service. As a Parts Sales Manager, you will lead sales, optimize inventory, and support commercial accounts while upholding safety and service standards.

This role requires leadership, bilingual communication, and ASE certification, with career growth opportunities across AutoZone’s nationwide store network.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising, training, and developing a high-performing team.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and employees in English and Spanish.
• Previous automotive retail experience is preferred.
• ASE Certification is required.

Responsabilités

• Assist Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising.
• Maintain PPE use, promote safety and compliance with company standards.
• Support commercial accounts and hub departments to ensure timely deliveries and customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly, upholding company policies.
