Job summary

AutoZone’s Store Management team drives store performance with a focus on WOW! Customer Service and team development. As a Parts Sales Manager, you will lead by example, oversee inventory and merchandising, and partner with the commercial department to exceed sales targets.

You’ll work in a dynamic automotive retail environment, leveraging ASE-certified expertise and bilingual communication to support a diverse customer base and grow your career with AutoZone.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and decision-making in automotive retail.
• Strong bilingual communication in English and Spanish.
• Experience training, coaching, and developing store teams.
• Proven ability to drive sales targets and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist Store Manager in supervising, training and developing a high-performing team.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and employees to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy and performance standards.
• Oversee merchandise, inventory control, cash handling and shrink reduction.
• Support commercial accounts and hub departments to meet deliveries and needs.
