Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising and developing high-performing employees, fostering a motivated and engaged team.
• Lead efforts to drive sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising.
• Maintain WOW! Customer Service standards and enforce PPE and safety practices across the store.
• Support commercial and hub departments to ensure timely deliveries and customer needs.
