Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and ability to train and develop a team.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, overtime.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Experience in automotive retail.
• ASE Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and manage inventory.
• Oversee cash handling, shrink control, and store procedures.
• Coordinate with commercial department leaders for timely deliveries and customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues while upholding policies.
