AutoZone is seeking a Parts Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team, drive sales, and deliver WOW! Customer Service in a fast-paced automotive retail environment.

Under the Store Manager, MITs will develop staff, optimize inventory, and ensure efficient store operations while maintaining safety and quality standards. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with commercial teams, strong leadership, and the ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Leadership: Demonstrates integrity, decision-making skills, and strong leadership abilities.
• Flexible Schedule: Full-time flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Exceptional Communication: Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Automotive Retail: Previous experience in automotive retail.
• Certifications: Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.

Responsabilités

• Leadership – Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees, fostering a motivated and engaged team.
• Communication – Maintain clear, effective interactions with both customers and employees, ensuring smooth store operations and positive experiences.
• Parts Sales & Inventory Management – Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising.
• Safety & Compliance – Enforce PPE use, promote risk management practices, and uphold company safety standards.
• Commercial Account Support – Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
