Qualifications

• Experience in automotive retail leadership required.
• Flexibility to work mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Bilingual Spanish and English communication preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising and developing a high-performing team.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and employees.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and shrink.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling.
• Lead parts sales and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising.
• Uphold safety standards and PPE usage.
• Support commercial accounts and hub departments.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and uphold company policies.
