Qualifications

• Leadership, integrity, decision‑making abilities.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Automotive retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high‑performing employees.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales, inventory, and performance standards to drive results.
• Follow store procedures, manage cash handling, and control shrink.
