As a Parts Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales, fostering a high-performing team, and ensuring exceptional customer service in Elkview, WV. You’ll lead by example under the Store Manager’s guidance, developing staff, overseeing inventory, and promoting a safe, efficient store environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership demonstrated in supervising, training and developing high-performing teams.
• Bilingual communication in English and Spanish is highly valued.
• Experience in automotive retail preferred.
• ASE Certification preferred or required for technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing staff.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and employees to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead parts sales and inventory management, optimize stock and returns processing.
• Enforce PPE and safety standards, manage risk and compliance.
• Support commercial and hub departments to ensure timely deliveries and customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly while upholding company policies.
