• Assist Store Manager in supervising, training and developing high-performing employees.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Oversee cash handling, shrink control and store procedures.
• Support commercial and hub departments to ensure timely deliveries and customer needs.
• Maintain WOW! Customer Service and safety compliance.
