Qualifications

• Leadership, integrity and team-building abilities.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Bilingual Spanish/English communication skills.
• Experience in automotive retail preferred.
• ASE Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing a high-performing team.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy and performance standards.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, and shrink control.
• Work with staff and department leaders to keep operations seamless.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and optimize inventory and returns.
• Enforce PPE and safety standards and company policies.
• Support commercial and hub departments to meet deliveries.
• Resolve customer concerns and store issues promptly.
