Qualifications

• Bilingual communication in Spanish and English preferred.
• Experience in automotive retail is desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team under the Store Manager.
• Monitor inventory, cash handling, shrink, and operational procedures to ensure efficiency.
• Drive sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and support commercial accounts.
• Ensure PPE use and promote safety practices across the store.
