As a Parts Sales Manager, you'll lead a high-performing team, reach sales goals, and support timely deliveries. You'll mentor staff, manage inventory and merchandising, enforce safety standards, and collaborate with commercial departments to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Leadership and decision-making capabilities.
• Bilingual communication in Spanish and English.
• Experience in automotive retail.
• ASE Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising and developing high-performing employees.
• Maintain clear, effective communication with customers and staff.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy and performance standards.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory and cash handling, control shrink.
• Collaborate with store staff and commercial leaders to maintain service excellence.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels and merchandising.
• Enforce PPE use and safety standards, promote risk management.
• Assist in managing commercial accounts and hub departments for timely deliveries.
• Resolve customer concerns and store issues promptly while upholding policies.
