Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams in retail.
• Strong communication with customers and staff in English; Spanish helpful.
• Knowledge of sales targets, inventory accuracy and KPIs.
• ASE Certification preferred—demonstrates automotive expertise.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and develop a motivated team under the Store Manager.
• Maintain clear, effective communication with customers and staff.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance metrics.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, and shrink control.
• Collaborate with staff and department leaders to ensure service excellence.
• Lead parts sales and inventory management, including returns and merchandising.
• Enforce PPE and safety standards; drive risk management.
• Support commercial accounts and timely deliveries.
• Swiftly resolve customer concerns and operational issues.
