Job summary

AutoZone, Inc. seeks a Parts Sales Manager to drive sales performance, lead a high-performing team, and deliver WOW! Customer Service while overseeing store operations.

Under the Store Manager’s guidance, you’ll mentor staff, manage inventory and merchandising, and promote a culture of safety and efficiency. You will collaborate with commercial account leaders to meet customer needs, exceed sales targets, and maintain excellent customer experiences across the hub.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a retail environment.
• Flexible, full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Experience in automotive retail.
• ASE Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store staff, training, development, and motivation to deliver WOW! Customer Service.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and employees to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive results.
• Follow structured store procedures for inventory, cash handling, shrink control, and merchandising.
• Collaborate with commercial account teams to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
• Address customer concerns and store issues promptly, upholding company policies.
