customer service while managing store operations and inventory, under the guidance of the Store Manager. This role emphasizes initiative, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll contribute to achieving sales targets, maintaining accuracy in inventory, and promoting safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Leadership and decision-making skills with ability to supervise and develop a team.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and OT as needed.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English for customer interactions.
• Experience in automotive retail with ASE certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and staff to ensure smooth store operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy and performance standards.
• Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory and cash handling, control shrink.
• Lead teamwork with store staff and departments to ensure service excellence.
• Drive parts sales and manage inventory, returns processing and merchandising.
