Qualifications

• Willingness to work full-time with flexible hours including mornings, nights, weekends.
• Experience in automotive retail highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing staff.
• Drive sales targets, monitor inventory, and manage merchandising.
• Ensure safe, compliant store operations and exceptional customer service.
• Support commercial and hub departments to meet customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and uphold company policies.
