AutoZone’s Store Management team drives store performance, leads a high-performing crew, and delivers WOW! Customer Service while managing daily store operations.

As a Parts Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving sales, improving inventory, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll supervise, train, and develop staff under the Store Manager, uphold safety, manage cash handling, and support commercial accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive retail environment preferred.
• ASE Certification preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a high-performing team under the Store Manager.
• Ensure WOW! Customer Service and seamless store operations.
• Oversee inventory, merchandising, cash handling, and shrink control.
• Support commercial and hub departments to meet deliveries and customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly while upholding company policies.
• Collaborate with store staff and department leaders to maintain efficiency.
