Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising and coaching staff to achieve sales goals.
• Oversee inventory management, cash handling, and shrink control.
• Deliver WOW! customer service and ensure operational excellence across store activities.
• Support commercial and hub departments to meet customer needs and on-time deliveries.
