Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate with the Store Manager to supervise and develop high-performing teams.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive results.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory and cash handling, and reduce shrink.
• Work with staff and department leaders to maintain seamless operations and service.
• Drive sales targets through effective Parts Sales and inventory management.
