Qualifications

• Leadership: demonstrate integrity, decision-making, and strong leadership abilities.
• Flexible schedule required: full-time, mornings/nights/weekends/overtime as needed.
• Bilingual advantage: Spanish and English communication.
• Industry experience: automotive retail experience preferred.
• ASE Certification is a plus.

• Lead and supervise, train, and develop a high-performing team under Store Manager guidance.
• Maintain clear, effective communication with customers and staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance metrics to drive results.
• Adhere to structured store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, shrink control, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with store staff and commercial department leaders to ensure seamless operations and service excellence.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and manage returns and merchandising.
