Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Parts Sales Manager in West Virginia to lead a high-performing store team and deliver WOW! Customer Service.

You will assist the Store Manager in staff development, coaching, and daily operations while driving sales, inventory accuracy, and merchandising excellence. The role requires effective communication in English and Spanish, a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and overtime as needed, and prior experience in automotive retail.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a retail setting.
• ASE Certification preferred or required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English communication skills beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising and developing staff to maintain high performance.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and team to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales, inventory, and shrink to drive store performance and efficiency.
• Lead efforts in sales targets, returns processing, and merchandising.
