Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising and developing a high-performing team.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and staff for smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, and shrink control.
• Collaborate with staff and department leaders to ensure service excellence.
• Lead sales and inventory efforts, optimize stock, and returns processing.
• Enforce PPE and safety standards to reduce risk.
• Support commercial and hub departments to meet customer needs.
• Resolve customer issues quickly while upholding policies.
