Job summary

AutoZone Bolingbrook seeks a Parts Sales Manager to drive sales, lead a high-performing team, and deliver WOW! customer service. The role focuses on guiding store operations, inventory control, and merchandising while mentoring staff and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

You will work closely with store leadership to meet targets, manage inventories, and support commercial accounts in a fast-paced automotive retail environment. Fluency in Spanish/English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and team development abilities.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Experience in automotive retail environment.
• ASE Certification required or pursued.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising and developing high-performing employees.
• Maintain clear, effective communication with customers and team.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy and performance standards.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling and shrink control.
• Lead parts sales, inventory management and merchandising efforts.
• Enforce PPE and safety standards and risk management practices.
• Support commercial accounts and hub departments for timely deliveries.
• Resolve customer concerns and store operations issues promptly.
