Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Parts Sales Manager to drive sales performance, develop a high-performing team, and deliver WOW! Customer Service in a fast-paced automotive retail environment.

You will assist in supervising staff, monitor inventory and KPIs, and ensure safe, compliant operations while delivering excellent customer experiences. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and ASE certification is preferred.

• Leadership experience assisting store manager and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong communication skills with customers and employees in multiple languages.
• Experience monitoring inventory, sales goals, and shrink to drive store performance.
