AutoZone’s Store Management team drives store performance, fosters a productive team, and ensures WOW customer service. As a Parts Sales Manager, you’ll lead a high-performing team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional service while executing store operations with excellence.

Under Store Manager guidance, MITs lead by example, develop staff, oversee inventory and safety, manage cash handling, and work with commercial departments to meet goals.

Qualifications

• Leadership: Demonstrates integrity, decision‑making, and strong leadership abilities.
• Flexible Schedule: Full‑time with mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• English and Spanish communication: ability to engage customers in both languages.
• Automotive retail: experience in automotive retail preferred.
• ASE Certification: Automotive Service Excellence certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store staff, training and developing a high-performing team.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and employees to ensure smooth store operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive results.
• Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, shrink control and efficiency.
• Collaborate with commercial department leaders to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly while upholding company policies.
